59 Communities, One Theme, One Deploy
59 Communities on one theme
133 ACF groups JSON-migrated
1,108 Orphan DB rows purged
18 Legacy blocks removed

Arrow operated 59+ independent community websites on fragmented architectures — duplicated development effort per community, drifting branding, and update velocity that couldn’t keep up with marketing’s pace. The legacy codebase had accumulated five-plus years of one-off features, 18 unused ACF blocks, orphaned plugins, and a 31,889-line ACF PHP file nobody could safely touch.

DevQ consolidated the entire network onto a single WordPress Multisite with one shared parent theme — Arrow Base Theme — serving every community. Per-community branding routes through theme options, so each site keeps its own URL, colors, logo, and content while inheriting every global feature update. The ACF configuration migrated from PHP to version-controlled JSON (133 field groups, 87 active blocks), header/footer variants collapsed from seven templates to a hardcoded blog-ID dispatch, and a phased cleanup program audited every block and option across the network.

One deploy ships to all 59 sites simultaneously. New features — HubSpot lead scoring, Senior Living Calculator, Birdeye reviews, FullThrottle.ai integration — roll out network-wide in hours instead of weeks. The codebase is safe to edit again, and orphan technical debt is being retired on a schedule instead of quietly accumulating.

Arrow Senior Living operates more than 59 community websites across the country. Each community has its own brand, photography, and content — but every site now runs on the same codebase, which means every improvement DevQ ships benefits every community at once.
